Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Payton College Prep Grizzlies (Chicago, IL), 66-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Niles West upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wolves host Highland Park (Highland Park, IL) to play the Giants in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Giants go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Highland Park lost 40-25 in their recent non-league bout against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Prosser Falcons (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 25. Payton College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
