Illinois High School Basketball - Ridgewood can't hold off Schaumburg

The Schaumburg Saxons basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Ridgewood Rebels to 38 in the Saxons non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Saxons now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maine East for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 26. Schaumburg will battle a Blue Demons team coming off a 68-58 non-league win over Leyden (Franklin Park, IL). The Blue Demons record now stands at 2-1.
The Rebels (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Grayslake North was nudged by Geneva (Geneva, IL), 67-33, in a non-league contest.
