Resurrection Bandits (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Thornwood Thunderbirds (South Holland, IL), 60-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Resurrection upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bandits travel to Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 26. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
Next up, the Thunderbirds clash with the Timothy Christian Trojans (Elmhurst, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 26. Thornwood will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
