In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Chicago Marshall Commandos basketball team scored a good 50-41 triumph over the Freeport Pretzels.
In their next game, the Commandos meet the Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 25. Chicago Marshall will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
With the defeat, Freeport moves to 0-1 on the year. The Pretzels host Harlem (Machesney Park, IL) to meet the Huskies in a match on Wednesday, December 14. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 1-2.
