The Chamois Pirates basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Community Trojans to 38 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Pirates now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Richland for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26.

With the loss, Community falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Van-Far (Vandalia, MO) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Monday, November 25. The Indians go into the game with a record of 1-0. Van-Far won 40-33 in their recent non-league game against Calvary Lutheran (Jefferson City, MO)
