In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Gainesville Red Elephants basketball team scored a big 60-24 triumph over the Haralson County Rebels.
The Red Elephants (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Gladiators go into the AAAAA Region 7 contest with a 1-2 record.
In their next game, the Rebels confront the Heard County Braves (Franklin, GA) in a A D1 Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Haralson County will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
