Georgia High School Basketball - Tift County falls to Jones County

The Tift County Blue Devils basketball squad (Tifton, GA), was outscored 55-42 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA)

With the victory, Jones County advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to Southwest (Macon, GA) to meet the Patriots in a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 26. The Patriots enter the battle with a record of 0-1. Southwest lost 41-36 in their recent non-league battle against Howard (Macon, GA)

The Blue Devils now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westover for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 3. Tift County will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 60-36 non-league loss to Lee County (Leesburg, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-1.
