North Carolina High School Basketball - Northern Guilford holds off Bishop McGuinness

November 23, 2024: Kernersville, NC 27284

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Northern Guilford Nighthawks basketball team scored a close 65-62 triumph over the Bishop McGuinness Villains.

The Nighthawks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Villains confront the Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Bengals go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 53-40 non-league loss to Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC).
