Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Cornerstone Christian Cougars (Antioch, CA), 51-41 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Granada advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Matadors travel to Hayward (Hayward, CA) to face the Farmers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Farmers enter the match with a record of 1-0. Hayward won 58-28 in their recent non-league match against Kennedy (Fremont, CA)

The Cougars now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain House for a non-league match on Saturday, November 23.
