    The Portsmouth West Senators basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Huntington Huntsmen to 43 in the Senators non-league victory on Wednesday.

    The Senators now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastern for a Southern Ohio II contest on Monday, November 29.

    The Huntsmen (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Unioto (Chillicothe, OH). The Shermans come into the Scioto Valley contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Unioto prevailed over Washington (Washington Courthouse, OH), 67-49, in a non-league contest.
