California High School Basketball - East Union knocked off by Hoover

November 24, 2023: Manteca, CA 95336

The Hoover Patriots basketball team scored 58 points and held the host East Union Lancers to 39 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Joaquin Memorial for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Hoover will meet a Panthers team coming off a 82-81 non-league loss to Lynwood (Lynwood, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.

The Lancers (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Gregori (Modesto, CA). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Gregori ran past Merced (Merced, CA), 59-58, in a non-league contest.
