    In Friday's non-league outing, the Austintown-Fitch Falcons (Youngstown, OH) basketball squad beat the visiting Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH), by a count of 47-30.

    The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Struthers (Struthers, OH). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Struthers was topped by Canfield (Canfield, OH), 65-16, in a non-league outing.
