In Monday's non-league test, the Centennial Apaches (Compton, CA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Lincoln Tigers (Los Angeles, CA), by a tally of 59-50.

The Apaches now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Bonaventure for a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 26. Centennial will play a Seraphs team coming off a 67-38 non-league win over Del Oro (Bakersfield, CA). The Seraphs record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Lincoln falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Rough Riders in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 3. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Roosevelt lost 70-51 in their recent non-league bout against Wilson (Los Angeles, CA)
