Texas High School Basketball - Live Oak Classical can't hold off Oakridge

Oakridge Owls (Arlington, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their basketball team tip the host Live Oak Classical Falcons (Waco, TX), 72-68 in a non-league contest.

The Owls (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Temple Christian was tipped by Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX), 53-24, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons confront the Northland Christian Cougars (Houston, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 25. Live Oak Classical will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 87-67 non-league win over Banff (Houston, TX).
