Madison County Tigers (Gurley, AL) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Priceville Bulldogs (Priceville, AL), 57-50 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Madison County advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Tigers host West Morgan (Trinity, AL) to battle the Rebels in a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 25. The Rebels come into the contest with a record of 3-0. West Morgan won 81-70 in their recent non-league contest against John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL)
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 25. Priceville will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Hornets come into the contest with a 4-1 record after their 67-49 non-league loss to Lauderdale County (Rogersville, AL).
