Mississippi High School Basketball - Olive Branch nips St. George's

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Olive Branch Conquistadors basketball team scored a close 43-41 win over the St. George's Gryphons.

The Conquistadors (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Grenada (Grenada, MS). The Chargers come into the 6A Region 1 match with a 3-5 record.

The Gryphons now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Middle College for a non-league match on Saturday, November 29. St. George's will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 102-66 non-league loss to Memphis Business Academy (Memphis, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
