In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Parkview Baptist Eagles basketball team scored a good 56-37 triumph over the Southern Lab Kittens.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Albany (Albany, LA). The Hornets go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Albany notched a victory over Eleanor McMain (New Orleans, LA), 56-39, in a non-league match.
The Kittens now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ponchatoula for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 2. Southern Lab will face a Green Wave squad coming off a 92-59 non-league loss to Northshore (Slidell, LA). The Green Wave record now stands at 0-2.
