The Thornton Fractional North Meteors basketball squad scored 78 points and held the host Andrew Thunderbolts to 56 in the Meteors non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Meteors face the Whitney Young Dolphins (Chicago, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, November 29. Thornton Fractional North will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Dolphins enter the outing with a 0-1 record after their 55-53 non-league loss to Richwoods (Peoria, IL).
The Thunderbolts (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Porters enter the SouthWest Suburban outing with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Lockport was trounced by O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL), 51-30, in a non-league game.
