The Catholic - N.I. Panthers (New Iberia, LA) basketball were winner over the host Erath Bobcats (Erath, LA), 40-31 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, David Thibodaux prevailed over Welsh (Welsh, LA), 37-21, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the Delcambre Panthers (Delcambre, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 9. Erath will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
