Alabama High School Basketball - Florence bests Helena

The Florence Falcons basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Helena Huskies to 54 in the Falcons non-league win on Monday.

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Muscle Shoals prevailed over Lee (Huntsville, AL), 54-26, in a non-league battle.

The Huskies now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Minor for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 25. Helena will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 53-45 non-league loss to Wetumpka (Wetumpka, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 5-1.
