North Carolina High School Basketball - Harnett Central overwhelmed by Fuquay - Varina

In Monday's non-league test, the Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC), by a count of 56-30.

With the victory, Fuquay - Varina advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Bengals host Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 25. The Jaguars enter the battle with a record of 2-0. Athens Drive won 63-48 in their recent non-league battle against Cary (Cary, NC)

The Trojans now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clayton for a non-league battle on Monday, December 1. Harnett Central will meet a Comets squad coming off a 46-33 non-league win over East Wake (Wendell, NC). The Comets record now stands at 2-1.
