The Gibbs Gladiators basketball team (St. Petersburg, FL), was knocked off 51-31 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting North Broward Prep Eagles (Coconut Creek, FL)

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Thomas County Central prevailed over Bainbridge (Bainbridge, GA), 39-36, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Gladiators encounter the Santaluces Chiefs (Lantana, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 25. Gibbs will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Chiefs enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 46-30 non-league win over Mandarin (Jacksonville, FL).
