Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Midwest Central Raiders (Manito, IL), 57-54 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Brimfield upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Knoxville (Knoxville, IL) to play the Blue Bullets in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 26. The Blue Bullets come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Knoxville lost 52-51 in their recent non-league bout against Tremont (Tremont, IL)

Next up, the Raiders play the Havana Ducks (Havana, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Midwest Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
