Calvary Christian Academy Knights (Normal, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting First Baptist Academy (O'Fallon, IL), 47-30 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Calvary Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights host DePue (DePue, IL) to clash with the Little Giants in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 26. The Little Giants go into the bout with a record of 1-1. DePue won 37-29 in their recent non-league bout against DeLand-Weldon (DeLand, IL)
Next up, the clash with the Mississippi Valley Christian Warriors (Alton, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. First Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
