The Union Area Scotties (New Castle, PA) football defeated the host Bishop Canevin Crusaders (Pittsburgh, PA), 26-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Scotties face the Port Allegany Gators (Port Allegany, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Union Area will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Gators enter the bout with a 12-1 record after their 42-8 non-league win over Reynolds (Greenville, PA).
