The Borden Braves basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Shoals Jug Rox to 43 in the Braves non-league victory on Saturday.

The Braves now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lanesville for a Southern contest on Friday, December 1. Borden will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 67-27 non-league loss to Corydon Central (Corydon, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

Next up, the Jug Rox clash with the North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Shoals will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 52-17 non-league win over Washington Catholic (Washington, IN).
