The Kapa'a Warriors basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Damien Monarchs to 48 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roosevelt for a non-league contest on Monday, November 27. Kapa'a will battle a Rough Riders team coming off a 56-37 non-league loss to University Laboratory School (Honolulu, HI). The Rough Riders record now stands at 0-2.
The Monarchs (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against McKinley (Honolulu, HI). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, McKinley was defeated by Kapolei (Kapolei, HI), 44-36, in a non-league contest.
