Illinois High School Basketball - Downers Grove South overwhelms South Elgin

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL) and the visiting South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), saw Downers Grove South's basketball squad wallop South Elgin by a tally of 69-45.

With the victory, Downers Grove South improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Streamwood (Streamwood, IL) to confront the Sabres in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, November 29. The Sabres come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Streamwood won 72-58 in their recent non-league challenge against Raby (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Storm confront the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) in a Upstate Eight challenge, on Thursday, November 30. South Elgin will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
