Marissa/Coulterville Meteors (Marissa, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Odin/Patoka (Odin, IL), 48-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Marissa/Coulterville upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Meteors travel to Elverado (Elkville, IL) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Elverado lost 80-61 in their recent non-league bout against Crab Orchard (Marion, IL)

Next up, the clash with the Mulberry Grove Aces (Mulberry Grove, IL) in a Egyptian Illini bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Odin/Patoka will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
