Illinois High School Basketball - Gallatin County overwhelmed by Edwards County

The Gallatin County Hawks basketball team (Junction, IL), was overwhelmed 57-24 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Edwards County Lions (Albion, IL)

The Lions now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goreville for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 25. Edwards County will confront a Blackcats team coming off a 57-26 non-league win over Gallatin County (Junction, IL). The Blackcats record now stands at 4-0.

The Hawks (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Sandoval (Sandoval, IL). The Blackhawks come into the non-league battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Sandoval was overwhelmed by Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, IL), 55-40, in a non-league battle.
