In Saturday's non-league outing, the Margaretta Polar Bears (Castalia, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting Ross Little Giants (Fremont, OH), by a margin of 52-45.
The Polar Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Firelands (Oberlin, OH). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
The Little Giants now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Northview for a Northern Lakes outing on Tuesday, November 28. Ross will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 60-43 non-league win over St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
