The Thorsby Rebels basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Curry Yellowjackets to 48 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Monday.
The Rebels now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Spirit Catholic for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. Thorsby will confront a Saints team coming off a 52-32 non-league win over Holtville (Deatsville, AL). The Saints record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Curry falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Addison (Addison, AL) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, December 2. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 0-3.
