In Monday's non-league contest, the host Fountain Lake Cobras basketball team scored a good 63-55 triumph over the Drew Central Pirates.
The Cobras (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Smackover (Smackover, AR). The Buckaroos go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Smackover was topped by Maumelle Charter (Maumelle, AR), 54-37, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates battle the Bauxite Miners (Bauxite, AR) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 26. Drew Central will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Miners go into the contest with a 6-1 record after their 56-43 non-league win over Baptist Prep (Little Rock, AR).
