The Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TX) basketball edged the visiting Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX), 67-62 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Abilene for a non-league bout on Monday, November 25. Mt. Pleasant will play a Eagles team coming off a 71-39 non-league win over Levelland (Levelland, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.
