Alabama High School Basketball - Wetumpka overwhelms Calhoun

The Wetumpka Indians basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Calhoun Tigers to 43 in the Indians non-league triumph on Monday.

The Indians now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Highland Home for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. Wetumpka will confront a Flying Squadron team coming off a 59-42 non-league win over Wilcox Central (Camden, AL). The Flying Squadron record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Calhoun falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Brantley (Brantley, AL) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 2-1. Brantley lost 47-43 in their recent non-league game against Wilcox Central (Camden, AL)
