The West Texas Comanches basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Miami Warriors to 27 in the Comanches non-league triumph on Monday.

The Comanches now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Elliott for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. West Texas will confront a Cougars team coming off a 33-26 non-league loss to Elk City (Elk City, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Miami falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Kelton (Wheeler, TX) to confront the Lions in a 1A Region I District 1 game on Friday, January 3. The Lions go into the game with a record of 1-4.
