In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Madison Jaguars basketball team scored a good 40-26 triumph over the Buckeye Panthers.
The Jaguars (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Vidalia (Vidalia, LA). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Vidalia was topped by Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA), 49-33, in a non-league contest.
Next up, the Panthers face the Oak Hill Rams (Hineston, LA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 4. Buckeye will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record.
