The Tri-City Tornadoes basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Illini Central Cougars to 39 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tornadoes now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Pulaski for a non-league game on Wednesday, November 26.
With the loss, Illini Central falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Clinton (Clinton, IL) to confront the Maroons in a non-league game on Wednesday, November 26. The Maroons go into the game with a record of 1-0. Clinton won 80-35 in their recent non-league game against Tri-City (Buffalo, IL)
