Utah High School Basketball - Clearfield triumphant over Layton

November 25, 2025: Clearfield, UT 84015

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Clearfield Falcons (Clearfield, UT) and the visiting Layton Lancers (Layton, UT), observed Clearfield's basketball team overwhelm Layton by a margin of 51-27.

The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brighton (Salt Lake City, UT). The Bengals come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Brighton was trounced by Corner Canyon (Draper, UT), 59-54, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lancers battle the Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 2. Layton will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 4-0 record after their 49-40 non-league win over Hurricane (Hurricane, UT).
