In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Imperial Tigers basketball team scored a good 64-56 triumph over the La Costa Canyon Mavericks.
The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Mavericks battle the Westview Wolverines (San Diego, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 2. La Costa Canyon will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Wolverines go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 75-54 non-league win over Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA).
