North Carolina High School Basketball - West Iredell trounced by St. Stephens

November 25, 2025: Hickory, NC 28601

St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 41-8 in a non-league match.

With the victory, St. Stephens advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Indians travel to Draughn (Valdese, NC) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 2. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 3-0. Draughn won 48-19 in their recent non-league contest against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC)

In their next game, the Warriors battle the West Wilkes Blackhawks (Millers Creek, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 4. West Iredell will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
