The Johnson Atomsmashers basketball team (Savannah, GA), was nudged 63-61 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting McDonough Warhawks (McDonough, GA)

The Warhawks now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodland for a AAAA Region 5 battle on Tuesday, November 29. McDonough will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 52-43 non-league loss to Shiloh (Snellville, GA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 2-2.

The Atomsmashers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Thomson (Thomson, GA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
