Illinois High School Basketball - Benet Academy can't hold off Naperville Central

The Naperville Central Redhawks basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Benet Academy Redwings to 55 in the Redhawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Redhawks now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waubonsie Valley for a DuPage Valley contest on Thursday, December 1.

The Redwings (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record.
