The Bettendorf Bulldogs basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Jefferson Hawks to 36 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davenport North for a Mississippi contest on Tuesday, November 29. Bettendorf will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 75-19 non-league win over Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.

The Hawks (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Iowa City (Iowa City, IA). The Little Hawks enter the Mississippi Valley contest with a 0-0 record.
