In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Sandusky Wolves basketball team scored a close 44-41 triumph over the Cass City Red Hawks.
The Wolves (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Croswell-Lexington nipped Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI), 56-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Red Hawks battle the Marlette Red Raiders (Marlette, MI) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 29. Cass City will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Red Raiders go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 53-20 non-league loss to Laker (Pigeon, MI).
