The East Central Hornets (Moss Point, MS) basketball edged the host Perry Central Bulldogs (New Augusta, MS), 48-46 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Hornets now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Bay for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 3.

With the loss, Perry Central falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Seminary (Seminary, MS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 2.
