The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Freer Buckaroos (Freer, TX) and the visiting Falfurrias Fightin' Jerseys (Falfurrias, TX), observed Freer's basketball team edge Falfurrias by a score of 50-45.

The Buckaroos (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Harmony School of Excellence (Laredo, TX). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record.

In their next game, the Fightin' Jerseys battle the Ben Bolt Badgers (Ben Bolt, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Falfurrias will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
