The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lubbock Westerners (Lubbock, TX) and the host Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX), observed Lubbock's basketball team overwhelm Snyder by a margin of 65-26.

The Westerners (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Tascosa (Amarillo, TX). The Rebels come into the 5A Region I District 3 challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Tascosa was trounced by Amarillo (Amarillo, TX), 44-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Snyder will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 43-31 non-league win over Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX).
