The Somerset Academy Collegiate Bears basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Lutheran Mustangs to 42 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to KIPP Somos Collegiate for a TCSAAL game on Monday, December 2.

With the loss, Lutheran falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Knippa (Knippa, TX) to confront the Crushers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Crushers go into the game with a record of 1-2. Knippa lost 64-45 in their recent non-league game against Poteet (Poteet, TX)
