The Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) basketball were winner over the visiting St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL), 58-45 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Black Bears now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Good Hope for a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 27. Austin will play a Raiders team coming off a 60-40 non-league win over Florence (Florence, AL). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, St. John Paul II falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Westminster Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL) to play the Wildcats in a 4A Area 15 bout on Friday, December 6. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-5.
